But are the state government employees going to get the due DA or Dearness Allowance?  This concept has become clearer.  The biggest reason for this is that preparations have started to submit an affidavit to the court on behalf of the state. Not only that, the possibility of going to the Supreme Court for giving DA to government employees is very low, according to experts.  That's because there is no news of the state government going to the Supreme Court on Wednesday and Thursday. But there is good news about the outstanding DA?

 The Calcutta High Court on May 20 directed the state government to pay DA dues to government employees within three months.  But an application was filed by the state government to reconsider the order.  However, the court upheld the previous order.  Then the discussion started.  The government may appeal the DA to the Supreme Court.

But will state government employees receive the proper Dearness Allowance (DA)? This idea is now more understandable. The main reason for this is because work has begun on submitting an affidavit to the court on the state's behalf. In addition, analysts say there is almost little chance of appealing the Supreme Court's decision to provide DA to government employees. This is due to the lack of information regarding the state government's Wednesday and Thursday Supreme Court appearances. But there is good news regarding the unpaid DA, right?

On May 20, the Calcutta High Court issued an order requiring the state government to pay government employees' DA dues within three months. However, the state administration submitted a request for reconsideration.However, there is just one day remaining. On November 4, the court has ordered State Chief Secretary Harikrishna Dwivedi and Finance Secretary Manoj Pant to submit an affidavit. As a result, since there is no indication that the case would be heard by the Supreme Court, many people assume that the government will make a significant decision regarding DA.

However, the Public Employees' Council was going to decide in such a way that all the labour unions would get ready to fight the legal battle jointly when the state went before the Supreme Court. However, they received no response from other organisations representing government employees. The state government may not even appeal to the Supreme Court, according to the Unity Forum.
